The oldest of the three surviving churches in the Langton group of villages, St Leonard's is a magnificent medieval building dating from the 13th to 15th centuries A.D. It has been extensively refurbished during the past fifteen years without detracting from its historic character. Recent improvements include removal of some pews at the west end of the nave to create a multi-use space, installation of a beverage unit to provide a facility for social activities and addition of a toilet equipped to the standard required by wheelchair users.
